Home Visits

To enable the Doctor to plan his/her rounds, please telephone before 10.30am.  Ring us on 01736 710505, and select option two.

Our Doctors can typically see four patients at the Practice in the time it takes to do a single home visit. There are better facilities for examination at the surgery. For these reasons, we ask patients to come to the Practice if at all possible. However, we can visit you at home if your medical condition means that you cannot attend the surgery. Please be prepared to tell the Patient Advisor about your condition so we can visit the most urgent cases first.

You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby.
